1. このアドオンが扱うデータ

2. 外部との通信

• 住所録の中身・設定・ライセンスキーを、S-Hub や第三者のサーバーに送信することはありません。PDF はアドオンの画面（あなたのブラウザ）の中で作ります。
• フォントとライブラリの読み込み: PDF を作るために、アドオンの画面が dev-tools-hub.xyz（S-Hub のサイト）から、フォント（Noto Serif JP）と 2 つのオープンソースのライブラリ（pdf-lib・fontkit）を読み込みます。読み込むだけで、住所録の中身などは送りません。通常の Web の読み込みと同じく、配信元のサーバー（Xserver・Cloudflare）には、IP アドレスとブラウザの種類などがアクセスの記録として届きます。
• アドオンは解析・広告・トラッキングのコードを含みません。
• 買い切りの購入: あなたが「購入ページを開く」を押したときだけ、利用中の Google アカウントのメールアドレスを S-Hub の購入ページに渡します（そのアカウント用のライセンスキーを出すため）。購入ページは、このメールアドレスを購入者のメールアドレスとして決済の画面（Stripe Checkout）に渡します。決済情報は Stripe が処理し、S-Hub はカード番号を受け取りません。
• ライセンスキーのお届け: 購入後、ライセンスキーを購入時のメールアドレスにメールで送ります。送信には Resend（メールの配信サービス）を使い、配信のためにメールアドレスとメールの本文（ライセンスキーを含む）を Resend に渡します。キーの再発行を申し込んだ場合は、購入時のメールアドレスと Google アカウントのメールアドレスの 2 つに確認のメールを送ります。

3. データの保護

• 通信の暗号化: アドオンと Google のサービスの間の通信は、Google により TLS（HTTPS）で暗号化されます。フォントとライブラリの読み込み、購入ページ、Stripe、Resend、S-Hub のサーバーとの通信もすべて TLS で暗号化されています。
• 住所録を保存しない設計: 住所録の中身は、PDF を作る間だけアドオンの画面のメモリに置き、Apps Script™ の設定領域・Google ドライブ™・S-Hub のサーバーのどこにも保存しません。作った PDF は、あなたのパソコンにダウンロードされたファイルだけです。
• 外部送信をしない設計: アドオンのサーバー側の処理（Apps Script™）は、外部への通信を行う権限（script.external_request）を要求していません。アドオンの画面が外部と通信するのは、上のフォントとライブラリの読み込み（読み込むだけ）と、あなたが押したときの購入ページだけです。
• アクセスの最小化: spreadsheets.currentonly により、アドオンが読めるのはアドオンを開いているスプレッドシートだけです。Google ドライブ™の権限は要求していないので、ほかのファイルは読めません。設定はスプレッドシートとアカウントに紐づく Apps Script™ の設定領域に保存され、S-Hub を含む第三者は参照できません。
• 読み込むファイルの改ざん対策: フォントとライブラリは、版ごとに中身を変えない場所に置き、アドオンの画面が読み込むたびにハッシュ値（SHA-256・SHA-384）を照合します。一致しないときは使いません。
• 購入記録の保存の目的: S-Hub は、ライセンスキーのお届け・再発行・お問い合わせへの対応・法律で求められる記録のために、購入者のメールアドレスと購入の記録を保存します。
• 購入記録の保護: 購入記録（メールアドレス、購入日、ライセンスキー、Stripe の顧客 ID と決済の ID。再発行を申請した場合は購入時と Google アカウントの 2 つのメールアドレス）は、公開アクセスを遮断したデータベース（Supabase・保存時に暗号化）に保存し、サーバー側の処理からのみ読み書きします。カード情報は Stripe（PCI DSS 準拠）が処理し、S-Hub は受け取りません。
• 署名鍵の管理: ライセンスキーの発行と確かめに使う鍵は、アドオンのコードには含めず、運営者のみが参照できる領域に保管しています。
• 人によるアクセス: 運営者があなたの住所録や作った PDF を見ることはありません（そもそも S-Hub には届きません）。購入記録の閲覧は、サポート対応と法令対応に必要な範囲に限ります。
• 第三者提供・利用の制限: Google API から取得した情報を販売せず、広告や AI モデルの学習には使いません。
• 保存期間: 購入記録は、法令（日本の税法）で保存が求められる期間保持し、その後削除します。削除の依頼は support@dev-tools-hub.xyz で受け付けます。
• 事故時の対応: 購入記録に関わる漏えいなどが判明した場合は、影響を受ける方に速やかに通知します。

4. Google API の利用（OAuth スコープ）

このアドオンの Google API から取得した情報の利用は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy）— 限定的な使用の要件を含む — に従います。

5. データの削除

• 作った PDF はあなたのパソコンにあり、あなたが自由に削除できます。
• 設定領域のデータ（列の割り当て・書き方）は、スプレッドシートを削除すると消えます。利用者ごとのデータ（印刷の位置・件数・ライセンスキー・差出人）は、設定の画面で変えたり削除したりできます。ライセンスキーは設定の画面の「プラン」で削除できます。
• 購入記録（メールアドレス・購入日・キーの発行の記録）は、S-Hub が Stripe と発行記録として保持します。削除のご希望は下記の連絡先へ。

Privacy Policy (English summary)

• This policy applies to the Google Sheets™ add-on (年賀状・はがきの縦書き宛名印刷) provided by S-Hub.
• What we access: the address list in the Google Sheets™ spreadsheet the add-on is opened in (only the mapped columns: postal code, address, name, company, department, title, honorific, joint names and the print checkbox); column mapping and formatting options; the print position offset; a yearly usage count; a license key that contains the buyer's email; the email address of the signed-in Google account; and, if you use it, the sender's address.
• Where it is stored: the address data is never stored. It is passed to the add-on's dialog in your browser, turned into a PDF there and downloaded to your computer. Settings are stored in the Apps Script™ properties of the spreadsheet and of your account. Nothing is saved to Google Drive™.
• External communication: the address data, settings and license keys are never sent to S-Hub or any third party. The dialog downloads a font (Noto Serif JP) and two open-source libraries (pdf-lib, fontkit) from dev-tools-hub.xyz; no user data is sent with these requests, and the hosting servers (Xserver, Cloudflare) receive the IP address and browser information as ordinary access logs. The add-on contains no analytics or tracking. Only when you click the purchase link, the email address of the signed-in Google account is passed to S-Hub's purchase page, so that the license key is issued for that account; the purchase page passes it to the payment screen (Stripe Checkout) as the buyer's email. License keys are emailed through Resend, which receives the email address and the message.

3. How we protect your data

• Encryption in transit: all traffic (Google services, the font and library downloads, the purchase page, Stripe, Resend and S-Hub's servers) is encrypted with TLS.
• No storage of address data by design: the address data stays in the dialog's memory only while the PDF is generated, and is not stored in Apps Script™ properties, Google Drive™ or S-Hub's servers.
• No external transmission by design: the server-side part of the add-on (Apps Script™) does not request permission to make external network requests (script.external_request). The dialog only downloads the font and libraries (download only) and opens the purchase page when you click it.
• Least access: with spreadsheets.currentonly the add-on can read only the spreadsheet it is opened in. It requests no Google Drive™ permission. Settings are stored in Apps Script™ properties that no third party, including S-Hub, can read.
• Integrity of downloaded files: the font and libraries are served from versioned, immutable paths, and the dialog verifies their hashes (SHA-256, SHA-384) every time; files that do not match are not used.
• Why purchase records are kept: S-Hub keeps the buyer's email address and the purchase records to send and reissue license keys, to answer inquiries, and to keep the records required by law.
• Protection of purchase records: purchase records (email, purchase date, license key, Stripe customer and payment IDs, and, if you request a reissue, both email addresses) are stored in a database (Supabase, encrypted at rest) with public access blocked, read and written only by server-side processes. Card details are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant).
• Signing key management: the key used to issue and verify license keys is not included in the add-on's code and is kept in locations accessible only to the operator.
• Human access: the operator never sees your address data or PDFs (they never reach S-Hub). Purchase records are viewed only as needed for support and legal compliance.
• Limits on sharing and use: information received from Google APIs is never sold and never used for advertising or to train AI models.
• Retention: purchase records are kept for the period required by law (Japanese tax law), then deleted. Deletion requests: support@dev-tools-hub.xyz
• Incident response: if a leak or similar incident involving purchase records is discovered, affected users will be notified promptly.

Google API scopes, deletion and contact

• Google API scopes: spreadsheets.currentonly (read the sheet names, headers and mapped columns of the spreadsheet the add-on is opened in; never opens other spreadsheets or modifies the address data), script.container.ui (show the sidebar, settings dialog and PDF dialog, where the PDF is generated), userinfo.email (compare the email in the license key with the signed-in account inside the add-on; only when you click the purchase link, the address is passed to S-Hub's purchase page so that the license key is issued for that account. The purchase page uses it as the buyer's email for checkout (Stripe) and for sending and reissuing the license key. Apart from this, it is not sent anywhere, not stored by the add-on apart from the license key, and not used for advertising or any other purpose). Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Deletion: PDFs are on your computer; spreadsheet settings disappear with the spreadsheet; per-user settings and the license key can be changed or removed in the settings dialog. Purchase records held by S-Hub/Stripe can be deleted on request. Contact: support@dev-tools-hub.xyz
