1. 適用

本規約は、S-Hub が提供する Google スプレッドシート™向けアドオン「年賀状・はがきの縦書き宛名印刷」（以下「本アドオン」）の利用に適用されます。本アドオンを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 提供内容

本アドオンは、Google スプレッドシート™の住所録から縦書きの宛名の PDF を作成する機能を提供します。PDF は利用者のブラウザの中で作成され、利用者のパソコンにダウンロードされます。本アドオンが作成するのは、はがきの宛名面です。無料では、差出人なしのはがきの宛名を 1 年に 20 件まで（毎年 1 月 1 日に戻ります。試し刷りは数えません）作成できます。買い切り（3,980 円・税込・一回払い）では件数の上限なく作成でき、差出人の印刷も利用できます。

3. 販売者

買い切りの販売者は S-Hub です。Google は販売者ではなく、本アドオンの購入・返金・サポートについて責任を負いません。販売事業者・価格・支払・返金の表記は特定商取引法に基づく表記（https://dev-tools-hub.xyz/tokushoho/）をご覧ください。

4. ライセンスキー

買い切りの機能は、購入時に発行されるライセンスキーで有効になります。キーは購入時のメールアドレスの Google アカウント専用で、期限はありません。キーの第三者への譲渡・公開はできません。別のメールアドレスで購入した場合は、キーの再発行（https://dev-tools-hub.xyz/atena/reissue）をご利用ください。

5. 支払いと返金

決済は Stripe を通じた一回払いで、自動更新はありません。返金は、本アドオンが動かなかった場合に限り、購入から 14 日以内にお問い合わせ先までご連絡いただいたときに、個別に確認のうえお受けします。ライセンスキーはアドオンの中で確かめる仕組みのため、返金後もキーを止めることはできません。返金を受けた場合は、そのキーの利用をおやめください。S-Hub は適格請求書（インボイス）の発行に対応していません。Stripe が発行する領収書をお使いください。

6. 宛名の内容と印刷についての責任

宛名の内容（住所・氏名・郵便番号・敬称など）と、印刷の結果（用紙・位置・倍率）は、利用者が確認するものとします。郵便番号の枠の位置は日本郵便の規格の値に合わせていますが、プリンターや用紙により印刷の位置がずれることがあります。本番の印刷の前に、普通紙での試し刷りで位置を確かめてください。

7. 禁止事項

法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用、他人の個人情報の不正な取得・利用、本アドオンの解析・改変・再配布、ライセンスキーの共有、Google の利用規約に反する利用。

8. 免責

本アドオンは現状有姿で提供します。Google のサービスの仕様変更・障害、ブラウザやネットワークの環境、Apps Script™ の実行の制限などにより、PDF を作成できない場合があります。S-Hub は、本アドオンの利用または利用不能によって生じた損害（印刷の失敗による用紙の損失を含む）について、故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。責任を負う場合も、利用者が本アドオンに支払った金額を上限とします。

9. データ

データの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシー（https://dev-tools-hub.xyz/atena/privacy/）に従います。

10. 変更

S-Hub は本規約および本アドオンの内容を変更することがあります。重要な変更は、30 日前までに本ページまたはアドオン内で告知します。

11. 提供の終了

1. S-Hub が本アドオンの提供を終えるときは、30 日前までに製品ページ（https://dev-tools-hub.xyz/atena/）で知らせます。
2. 購入から 6 か月以内に提供を終えた場合は、お申し出により、買い切りの代金を返金します。
3. 機能の追加をやめて保守だけを続けることは、提供の終了に当たりません。

12. 準拠法・管轄

日本法に準拠し、運営者の住所地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service (English summary)

These terms apply to the Google Sheets™ add-on (年賀状・はがきの縦書き宛名印刷) provided by S-Hub. By using the add-on you agree to these terms. The add-on creates PDFs of Japanese vertical addresses from a Google Sheets™ address list; PDFs are generated in your browser and downloaded to your computer. Free: up to 20 postcard addresses per calendar year (resets on January 1; test prints are not counted). Lifetime license: ¥3,980 (tax included), one-time payment, no automatic renewal; no limit on addresses, plus sender printing. The add-on prints postcard addresses only; the free plan covers postcard addresses without a sender. The seller is S-Hub, not Google. The license key is tied to the purchaser's Google account email, has no expiry and may not be shared. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are accepted individually only if the add-on does not work, within 14 days of purchase; because keys are verified locally they cannot be revoked, so please stop using a refunded key. S-Hub does not issue qualified invoices under Japan's invoice system; please use the receipt issued by Stripe. You are responsible for the address content and the print result; do a test print on plain paper before printing on postcards. Provided "as is"; liability is limited to the amount you paid, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Data handling follows the Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. If S-Hub ends the add-on, it will announce this on the product page at least 30 days in advance; if this happens within 6 months of your purchase, the license fee is refunded on request. Continuing maintenance without adding features is not an end of the service. Governed by the laws of Japan; the district court having jurisdiction over the operator's address has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
