1. 適用
本規約は、S-Hub が提供する Google Forms 向けアドオン「フォーム回答で領収書・修了証PDF」（以下「本アドオン」）の利用に適用されます。本アドオンを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 提供内容
本アドオンは、Google フォームの回答から PDF 書類を作成し、利用者の Google ドライブに保存する機能を提供します。無料プランでは月 20 件まで、Pro プラン（月額 980 円または年額 9,800 円、税込）では制限なく生成できます。
3. ライセンスキー
Pro の機能は、購入時に発行されるライセンスキーで有効になります。キーは購入時のメールアドレスの Google アカウント専用です。月払いは請求ごとに新しいキーを送付します。キーの第三者への譲渡・公開はできません。
4. 支払いと解約
決済は Stripe を通じて行います。解約はいつでも可能で、支払い済みの期間の終了まで Pro を利用できます。日割りの返金は行いません。法令で定める場合を除き、支払い後の返金には応じかねます。S-Hub は適格請求書（インボイス）の発行に対応していません。Stripe が発行する領収書をお使いください。
5. 書類の内容についての責任
生成される領収書・修了証・受付票の記載内容（金額、税率、登録番号、宛名など）は利用者が設定・確認するものであり、税務・法務上の要件を満たすかどうかは利用者の責任で判断してください。本アドオンはインボイス制度などの要件判定を行いません。収入印紙の要否についても同様です。
6. 禁止事項
法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用、本アドオンの解析・改変・再配布、他者になりすました書類の作成、Google の利用規約に反する利用。
7. 免責
本アドオンは現状有姿で提供します。Google のサービス仕様変更、障害、Apps Script の実行制限などにより PDF が生成されない場合があります。S-Hub は、本アドオンの利用または利用不能によって生じた損害について、故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。責任を負う場合も、直近 12 か月に利用者が支払った金額を上限とします。
8. データ・表記
データの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシー（https://dev-tools-hub.xyz/forms-pdf/privacy/）に従います。販売事業者・価格・支払・返金の表記は特定商取引法に基づく表記（https://dev-tools-hub.xyz/tokushoho/）をご覧ください。
9. 変更・終了
S-Hub は本規約および本アドオンの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。重要な変更は本ページまたはアドオン内で告知します。提供終了時、Pro の未経過期間分は返金します。
10. 準拠法・管轄
日本法に準拠し、富山地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

By using the add-on you agree to these terms. Free plan: up to 20 PDFs per month. Pro: ¥980/month or ¥9,800/year (tax included), activated with a license key tied to the purchaser's Google account email; keys may not be shared. Payments are processed by Stripe; cancel any time, access continues to the end of the paid period; no pro-rated refunds except where required by law. S-Hub does not issue qualified invoices under Japan's invoice system; please use the receipt issued by Stripe. You are responsible for the content of generated documents (amounts, tax rates, registration numbers, recipients) and for their legal or tax compliance; the add-on does not assess invoice-system or revenue-stamp requirements. Provided "as is"; liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
