InboxSLA

Never Miss a Client Reply Deadline Again

Free

Never miss a client reply deadline again.

// overview

InboxSLA injects color-coded SLA badges into your Gmail inbox and alerts you before client reply deadlines expire. Set custom SLA hours per client domain — the extension handles the rest. Green means you're on time, orange means the deadline is approaching, and red means action is needed now. InboxSLA checks your inbox every 5 minutes in the background, so deadlines never slip through the cracks.

What is InboxSLA?

InboxSLA is a Chrome extension for Gmail that adds color-coded reply deadline badges to your inbox and sends Chrome notifications before client SLAs expire. You configure SLA hours per client domain, and the extension monitors your inbox every 5 minutes to keep badge colors current.

// how to use

  1. 1 Install InboxSLA from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. 2 Open Gmail — InboxSLA activates automatically on mail.google.com.
  3. 3 Click the InboxSLA icon in your toolbar to open the popup.
  4. 4 Click 'Add Client', enter the domain (e.g. acme.com) and your SLA hours.
  5. 5 InboxSLA immediately starts monitoring threads from that domain.
  6. 6 Color-coded badges appear in your Gmail inbox — green, orange, or red.
  7. 7 Click the side panel icon to see all pending replies ranked by urgency.
